Introduction:

Needle-shaped solid. Melting point 228℃ (slow heating), 240℃ (rapid heating). Generally contains one crystal water, loses crystal water at 110℃. Slightly soluble in water, and decomposes on long-term storage. Soluble in ethanol.

3,5-Diaminobenzoic acid is an important monomer of the new material polyimide film.
